ALICIA CHANDLER
FOUNDER / CEO
Alicia Chandler doesn’t just live in chaos ~ she thrives in it. Her journey is one of bold decisions, fearless ambition, and an unapologetic drive to build success out of the unexpected. Currently living in Arizona with her husband Chris and their four dogs, Alicia’s story goes far beyond her role as a three-time cancer survivor and kidney donor( to a stranger). It’s a story of resilience, boldness, and breaking boundaries.
Alicia’s path has been anything but conventional. From managing multimillion-dollar construction projects to launching her own woman-owned construction company at Fort Benning, she has proven time and again that she’s not just a survivor ~ she’s a force to be reckoned with.She began her career at Fort Benning, Georgia, under the wing of one of the largest subcontractors on base. Starting as an Operations Manager and Personal Assistant, she quickly evolved into a Project Manager, mastering blueprints, negotiating bids, and building powerful partnerships. With an instinct for strategy and an unapologetic attitude, she didn’t just learn the industry ~she dominated it.
In 2017, Alicia took the bold leap to launch her own woman-owned construction company, signing her first $1.4 million project at Fort Benning. In just three months, she expanded her reach to restaurant remodels, communication centers, and military base projects.
But being a woman in the construction industry wasn’t easy. Alicia faced challenges head-on with a fearless attitude and a refusal to be defined by stereotypes. “I don’t care what you think a woman should do ~ I earned my place.” And earn it, she did. Her tenacity, bold negotiation skills, and natural ability to build influential relationships quickly positioned her as a dominant force in the industry.
The Birth of FemPire: Thriving in Chaos, Building Partnerships!
After completing six major projects, Alicia sold her construction company at the end of 2019. She and Chris were then recruited by a federally based GC in Chicago, where Alicia managed three hospital projects across multiple states, totaling $8 million. As Senior Project Manager, she became known for her fearless negotiation tactics and exceptional relationship-building skills that brought projects in under budget and on time.
But Alicia isn’t one to settle. In the midst of chaos, she found inspiration. She expanded her vision of entrepreneurship and founded FemPire, a consulting business that turns bold ideas into thriving realities.

Alicia recently resigned from her role as Chief of Staff to focus solely on FemPire. With a bold rebrand in January 2025, FemPire is set to dominate 2025 by helping businesses and entrepreneurs turn chaos into growth and vision into reality.

Chris Chandler is not only an integral part of FemPire but also Alicia’s husband and partner in both business and life. Their journey together has been defined by shared ambitions, unwavering support, and an unbreakable bond. From working side by side on construction sites to owning and operating their own construction company, Chris and Alicia have always been a powerhouse team. They even conquer the gym together, balancing life with strength, wellness, and laughter. Chris dominates the construction industry with his exceptional knowledge of Construction Management, VA hospital projects, community hospitals, and complex hospital remodels. His expertise in bringing projects under budget and closing them out on time is unmatched. Chris has managed a vast range of federal projects, from $500,000 to $8 million, often juggling multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or timelines. His consistent excellence leaves a lasting impression, leading hospitals and clients to repeatedly request him for future projects. Chris partnered with Alicia during her ownership of the construction company and immediately took on the role of Operations and Construction Manager. Although he initially had limited experience in these areas, his adaptability and quick learning curve contributed to securing two more federal projects. His drive for excellence and commitment to the team’s success solidified his position as a key player in FemPire’s growth and influence.
Outside of construction, Chris’s dedication to discipline and strength extends to his personal life. He is a former competitive bodybuilder, strongman, and at the age of 13, turned pro in armwrestling. Today, he and Alicia focus their gym time on wellness and functional training, sharing responsibilities in the kitchen to maintain a balanced diet while still enjoying the occasional (more than occasional) sweets. Their shared commitment to health and fitness is a cornerstone of their relationship both in business and life. Chris has a strong passion for golf and the frustration of the sport. He has a constant goal of always beating his longest drive of 345 yards.
Chris Chandler is more than just a construction expert; he is a leader, a mentor, and the driving force behind the passion. His relentless pursuit of excellence and his deep-rooted relationship with Alicia continues to inspire those around him.
CLAUDIA GONZALEZ / CDO
Born in Santiago, Chile, I moved to the United States at the age of 7, bringing with me a deep curiosity for learning and creativity. My journey into empowering women stems from my personal experience with adenomyosis and endometriosis, conditions I was diagnosed with about 12 years ago. From early on, I was told I would never be able to have children or carry them to full term, making the arrival of my two boys nothing short of a miracle. Being their mother is one of my greatest joys, and they inspire me every day to lead with passion, purpose, and perseverance. I am a deeply curious individual who loves getting to the core of people’s experiences, uncovering the nitty-gritty details of what shapes them. The human mind fascinates me, and I am endlessly intrigued by how different people think, act, and evolve. This passion drives my work in sport psychology and coaching, where I hope to one day help others break through mental barriers and unlock their full potential. As the Co-Founder and Creative Director of OG Creative Vision, I merge my love for storytelling, photography, and branding to help businesses and individuals create impactful visual identities. Additionally, I help run my family’s business, Pixel Digital Graphics, Inc., alongside my father, while also working as a Graphic Designer specializing in high-quality design and print production. I have been drawing for as long as I can remember, focusing on portraits and realism, which has shaped my artistic eye in all my creative endeavors. Beyond my work, I am a dog lover with a dream of owning a large property where I can create a loving space for shelter dogs and senior dogs, giving them the care, love, and comfort they deserve from the warmth of my home and alongside my family.

Born and raised in Cuba until the age of 14, I cherish family time as a proud father of two boys and husband. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am an avid Anime content creator on social media (Tiktok and Instagram) and YouTube with over 100k followers and subscribers across all platforms. If entertainment is needed I can easily dance with fire like hawaiian people do!

I have had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed organizations like the Orlando Magic, Harvard University, and the Inspire Leadership Network. My passion lies in creating experiences that allow others to enjoy the moment without the distraction of a camera. I believe in the power of excellence and strive to learn something new every day.
